The fit question

Will the selected fixture, connector, cable bend, controller, and driver fit each cabinet bay with the clearance and service access required by their own instructions?

Measure the installed envelope, not only the fixture body. A component passes only when its body, connector, cable exit, permitted orientation, documented clearance, and future access all fit. Record UNKNOWN when the selected product instructions do not establish a limit.

Stop condition: do not treat an unverified clearance, location rating, cable bend, enclosure condition, or service-access requirement as zero. Mark it UNKNOWN or VERIFY and obtain the selected product documentation.

Compare one bay at a time

  1. Draw the usable bay. Subtract real obstructions, not guessed allowances.
  2. Place the complete component chain. Show the fixture, mounting hardware, connector, cable exit, controller, and driver.
  3. Branch on visible or hidden placement. A hidden component still needs its permitted orientation, ventilation or clearance, and a removal path. A visible component also needs the front lip and sightline recorded.
  4. Check the evidence. Apply only the restrictions written for the selected model and region.
  5. Assign a state. PASS only when every required row is established. BLOCKED means a recorded conflict exists. VERIFY means a named document or measurement can settle the row. UNKNOWN means the needed fact is not established. NOT_APPLICABLE means the component is absent.

Evidence boundaries

The WAC Lighting BA-ACXX installation instructions show a model-family mounting and connection sequence. They are a method example, not proof of dimensions or clearances for another fixture.

The AspectLED under-cabinet light-bar installation guide treats light quantity and length, controls, connection method, power-supply location, wire runs, and voltage matching as separate system-layout inputs. Apply its product limits only to products within its stated scope.

Selected-product boundary: exact dimensions, bend space, clearance, temperature, location, and orientation limits remain UNKNOWN until the exact fixture, connector, controller, and driver instructions establish them. Do not inherit a family or example specification.

Use the completed record

This owner decides physical fit and service access only. It does not size a power supply, approve wiring, choose mounting chemistry, promise light distribution, rank products, or activate product records.
